I cannot express how much I cherish this Bilbrey family session! I just could not wait to work with them! There’s something so special about family sessions. The Bilbrey’s have an adventurous son that honestly wanted nothing to do with taking pictures, but we still captured some delightful moments. Little ones grow so fast, and recording their personalities at this age is just so special.

Lebanon TN Family Session

When we were discussing locations for the Bilbrey family session Ashley had a brilliant idea! We were able to take these photographs near a family home in Lebanon TN built circa 1900. Beautifully tall trees created tons of shade and there was enough room for their 20-month-old to freely run around. The days of children being carefree and curious go by so quickly. When I can capture how a child truly is at the stage of life they are in, I go for it! I hope that these parents will treasure those special moments for years to come.

It was so much fun to be able to snap some precious pictures of Graiden fearlessly exploring the area. I absolutely love the picture of him closing the gate! Ashley gained some major mom points when she brought two great toys that we were able to incorporate into the family photo session. Sometimes wrangling in a toddler can be comical. The pictures of dad carrying his son upside down over his shoulder turned out so stinking cute! I told Garrett I think we need to re-create that pose every year.

To the Bilbrey Family, thank you so much for allowing me to capture these precious memories for you! I thoroughly enjoyed being able to spend some time together. I can’t wait to see you all continue to grow together!
